That's the right question and we're not going to oversell you. It works for a lot of women and not for all of them, and we can't tell you in advance which one you'll be. So we take the risk off you: wear it daily for sixty days, and if nothing changed, email us for a refund and keep the bracelets.
Sleep usually shifts first, somewhere in weeks two to four. The waistband is slower — most women who notice a change there are talking about week six or later. If you're four days in and nothing's happened, that's normal.
